My Story
Sarah, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and highly skilled orthopedic and spine specialist on the Mobility Specialists team. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Widener University and has built an impressive career treating complex orthopedic and spinal conditions across diverse clinical settings, including Main Line Health, Penn Medicine at Home, and Good Shepherd Penn Partners.

Sarah is a Certified McKenzie Therapist, recognized for her expertise in spinal assessment, classification, and movement-based treatment. She has led numerous in-service trainings and clinician mentorships, educating peers on spinal differential diagnosis, manual therapy progression, and evidence-based management of both acute and chronic spine conditions.

Her clinical approach integrates advanced manual therapy techniques—including McKenzie, Mulligan, Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston®, and Kinesio Taping®—with functional movement screening and data-informed intervention strategies. This combination allows her to deliver precise, individualized care that restores movement efficiency and reduces pain at its source.

What sets Sarah apart is her ability to merge technical expertise with movement artistry. With a strong background in dance and yoga, she brings heightened body awareness, control, and flow into her treatment sessions. She further integrates principles from Pilates and functional mobility training, creating a whole-body, movement-forward experience that supports both recovery and long-term performance.
Sarah’s commitment to patient-centered, intelligent care aligns seamlessly with Mobility Specialists’ mission to restore movement, enhance resilience, and improve quality of life. Her depth of knowledge, refined manual skill set, and passion for empowering clients through movement make her a powerful asset to our team and the individuals we serve.
