Dr. Laura Elko, PT, DPT, is a leading pain and movement specialist, CEO, and co-founder of Mobility Specialists, a premier clinic specializing in functional rehabilitation and movement optimization. A Doctor of Physical Therapy from the #1-ranked Physical Therapy program at the University of Southern California (USC), she has been transforming lives with cutting-edge, results-driven care since 2010—helping redefine the future of physical therapy.

Dr. Jillian Alati, PT, DPT is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mobility Specialist, helping lead the company’s vision for innovative, outcomes-driven clinical rehabilitation. A Parkinson’s disease and neurological specialist, she brings both clinical expertise and strategic leadership to advancing functional care.

After beginning her career at Main Line Health and Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Dr. Alati co-founded Mobility Specialist in 2019. Today, Dr. Alati continues to lead with vision and momentum, driving innovation, operational excellence, and meaningful patient outcomes.
