My Story
Caroline Bell is a Performance Coach at Mobility Specialists, helping athletes and active adults optimize recovery, improve movement, and build habits that support long-term performance and wellness.
A former Division I Cross Country and Track & Field athlete at Marist University, Caroline understands firsthand the dedication, consistency, and recovery strategies required to perform at a high level. Her experience as a competitive athlete fuels her passion for helping others maximize their potential through proactive recovery and movement-focused wellness.

Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Marist University in 2026, with a minor in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Neumann University. She joined the Mobility Specialists team in 2025 and has developed a strong interest in the role that recovery, movement quality, and lifestyle habits play in overall health and performance.

Through her experiences working alongside collegiate athletes and endurance athletes, Caroline has gained valuable insight into the demands placed on the body and the importance of consistent recovery practices. She is passionate about educating clients on strategies that can help improve mobility, enhance recovery, reduce physical stress, and support an active lifestyle.

Caroline has also volunteered at the Boston Marathon medical tent for three consecutive years, giving her a unique appreciation for the preparation, resilience, and recovery required by endurance athletes. These experiences continue to shape her holistic approach to performance and wellness.

In addition to her clinical education, Caroline is actively involved in research and professional development. She has presented research at both regional and national conferences, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.

Caroline believes that performance begins long before competition and extends well beyond it. Her approach focuses on helping clients stay ahead of setbacks through proactive recovery, movement optimization, and individualized support. Whether working with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals simply looking to feel and move better, Caroline is dedicated to helping each person perform at their best.
