DR. JILLIAN ALATI PT, DPT, CEO

Dr. Jillian Alati, PT, DPT is the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Mobility Specialist, where she leads the clinic’s vision for modern, functional, and technology-informed rehabilitation. With a career dedicated to redefining how neurological conditions—particularly Parkinson’s disease—are treated, Dr. Alati is known for her ability to blend clinical precision, innovation, and human-centered care.

Born and raised in Chester County, Dr. Alati discovered her passion for Parkinson’s care early in her career at Main Line Health, beginning in 2009. Her clinical foundation was shaped at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital in Paoli, PA—recognized as one of the region’s premier rehabilitation hospitals—where she gained extensive experience working with complex neurological populations.

In 2018, Dr. Alati co-founded Mobility Specialist alongside Dr. Laura Elko, PT, DPT, with a shared mission to challenge traditional rehabilitation models and deliver forward-thinking, movement-driven care. In 2020, they expanded into their current clinic in Paoli, PA, strategically located adjacent to Paoli Hospital to better serve the community with accessible, high-level care.

Dr. Alati is a nationally trained Parkinson’s and neurological specialist, holding LSVT BIG® certification and PWR! Moves® certification, and is a certified yoga instructor. Her expertise extends beyond traditional therapy—she designs integrated care pathways that span physical therapy, individualized training, in-person wellness programs, and long-term movement strategies.

As a clinical leader, Dr. Alati focuses on guiding individuals through the entire Parkinson’s journey, emphasizing empowerment, adaptability, and sustained independence. Her approach is rooted in innovation—constantly evolving to incorporate the latest research, movement science, and care delivery models.

Dr. Alati is a sought-after speaker for Parkinson’s support groups, authors monthly educational content, and recently received a Parkinson’s grant to further advance progressive movement initiatives. Her work continues to shape a new standard of care—one that is proactive, personalized, and built for long-term impact.
